His predecessor, Muskateer Hanover just won the $36,000 Open at Oak Grove for the 3rd time in the last 4 weeks.

Question is will AD let him go tonight and hope they rewrite that same class for next week...Or will it be another 2nd and no worries about next week?

I don't think he's that good of a horse even with all his content for 2nd place finishes. Is he capable of cutting a mile?

Yes, I look for Allan to leave tonight..Nobodys going to park him..They will either turn him loose or retake. Most of the time he ducks in about 3rd or 4th. Then comes out 1st or 2nd over and road blocks the back and lets him pace the last 100 yards. You won't see him on the front if he's going for 2nd though to much could happen in the back to maybe push him home and he doesn't want out of that class. Question is how long is the horse going to tolerate being put all over the track before he just stops trying?

It was a miracle win with the whole field spread across the track at the finish.

Well he fucked up,,Did you see him hollar to Trae to retake? Why? you're the favorite and he's 11.1 walking to the 1/4. Why not just cut the mile? Because he was hoping for 2nd. Now he's in wo8500 unless they rewrite that same class. See him looking over his shoulder to see who's coming at the wire. Why?

I'm not sure he could have cut the mile and won, we'll never know, but I would like to have seen him try. His wife does own part of the horse, and with the meet closing soon, why not just try to win?
