Talking about Jessica Otten. Seems like someone finally took some action and got in her ear. She had some sarcastic comments over the weekend for sure

If you cash a pick 4 ticket and you get back less than you wagered, no, that is a not a good thing. That is in fact a bad thing. Pretty straightforward but some experts disagree
