Listen to this one. This was tried on me last year at Dreamland. We didn't race horses off the farm or rent to anyone who raced in NJ. This sounds familiar, this guy wasn't racing in NJ either, but still got pressed.

Never heard of Big Z training center in NJ. Was there someone else stabled there that raced in NJ?   Was the training center licensed in NJ. Hard to compare with dreamlands that place had no horses stabled there for a few years and the owners didn’t have much class or it would have been licensed instead of catering to cheaters

How's it hard to compare? Trainer wasn't racing in NJ. End of story. I trained a horse down that raced in Virginia at Dreamland. You think I was going to commission the farm with NJ because Seagreaves said I should? Nope.

Why not get a license and make the place legit?  Unless you have something to hide or the owners do. If I remember right their former trainer got a positive while training for them. It doesn’t matter if that POS races in NJ if the farm is licensed then everyone there has to be.

Spin it all you want. That's for the NJRC to handle. And the NJRC only has jurisdiction over horses competing in NEW JERSEY.

Hard to answer a simple question so we can look it up I see. If you are going to blame Ford for filing a complaint with NJRC you shouldn’t be afraid to name the person

And we will see if the claim is true. Mr. Trapanese was said to have disclaimed he was DIRECTED by someone while head investigator and "just doing his job". Let's see! If you listen closely.....it's not me making the statement, genius.

Sure can. Gina Ghent on my advice. Who in her own words agrees the industry is DEAD in NJ. Not housing people we need to chase come rent time.
