It does beg the question: why isn't Devita suspended immediately. With Ford I get it, he's well connected and owns a training facility and the whole horsemens' group thing but Nick is the US equivalent to Gillis. A career hustler with a dubious rise to dominance with a trail of alarming improvements on good trainers. I've given up hope on Penn and I will now include Yonkers, just a place i will never ever invest a dollar toward.
