Then the story will be that the new connections conducted a test the previous owners weren't interested in spending money on that returned the horse to his previous form!

The horse isn’t sound.  I would hold off flying Joey Putnam in until breeders crown.

Dex is like other drivers they only as good as what’s between the shafts.

I’m sure Pelling is plenty capable of making him go forward if there is anything is left in the tank
