I see the fine never getting paid. He pulled in over a million since last July and I'm sure he has hidden that quite well. He'll just move on to another patsy who will run the operation on paper. He's got $$$ to hire a lawyer and they'll work on getting the fine reduced. Only way this hurts him is if he had to repay the purse money he stole. Thats the reason he said he's retiring because between selling and purses he's set himself up for the future racing scam.

Stacy drove and trained one in the 13t( today and still has a bunch more in on Sunday.

Brother Jim was Corey Brandon horse. It was transferred to baby momma as owner when Braden got suspended.  All horses that was listed as Lucky Lilly Belle Stable was scratched today at Shendoah.  There is more in for tomorrow so we'll see if they are scratched. Does anyone know if the trainer can get suspended for knowing that all those horses were Wagners and she knowingly went along with the scam.

Couldn't there be some kind of class action lawsuit be started against the Wagners by the horseman for the purse money won by Luck LillyBelle Stables for the stakes money they stole from Virginia horsemen and Maryland horsemen who raced in those races?

I hope so that the horsemen can bring a lawsuit. If my horse ran in the stakes races and I got beat by Wagner horse I would be at the lawyers office Monday morning.  I would sue Wagner,Pamela,Connie Jenkins,Rosecroft,Shenandoah downs,trainer,judges everyone on both boards. They all knew what Wagner was doing and they did nothing.How many positives did Wagner get and Maryland judges grouped all of his positives together? Why?
