From SCM: About that cancer. I remember the first time, just so happens it was when the EPA came down on him. Only guy I know gained 150lbs while "on chemo".  Oh then they took out a kidney for no reason. Now he's being looked at by every commission and governing body in the game, has a "mini stroke".

Say what? Pay for the dates? Demands by a racetrack owner? Multiple votes by the SBOANJ Board who didn't want to make the payoff? EMERGENCY votes to get the answer the brass wanted? Who was it that called for those votes?? GUESS
