Straight up question, to best of your knowledge.  How did Casie and her crew escape all of this? There's speculation of her timely " retirement " and we see her ex husband Blake Macintosh name on the purchasers list was Harris, Beaton purchasers also?
Then there's the rest of the Ford Farm bunch--Bako, Alexander, Stratton we know they're all feeding from the same trough.
One name here and there is purely optics , if the commissions want to make an impact they need to act upon evidence and put the hammer down .

 I will bet when the state of NY awards the 3 new casino licenses and Yonkers is not one of them, MGM will refuse to honor a new contract that includes live harness racing. They will convince the state they need that area the track and paddock sit on along with the equine ghetto for improvements to compete with other facilities.
 This way all the fat cats keep theirs.

Exprter is spot on. Once the 3 Casino license are out the dominoes will begin to fall. My guess is Monticello will be shutdown before Jonkers.

As of this afternoon MGM Resorts is fully aware of what is happening. They are also in possession of all the same documents I've shown you. Key right now are Taylor, Devita, Prevost and a few others who are presently competing at YR. It's been made clear that NYS Gaming holds their casino license app in their hands. The same authority whose employee contacted ME Saturday night in regards to laying off Howard Taylor. A VERY BAD LOOK FOR YONKERS. Get it??? They have over a billion dollars invested into that dump. Think they're gonna let this fuck them?

The guy who cried to a NYS Gaming Presiding Judge? Who will be interviewed by their investigators? Who will explain why and the actual truth as to what made that call happen?
