Mike- just wondering what Tony's last name is? And which track(s) does he serve as presiding judge for?
Zubkoff. Buffalo. Ironically where my nephew races.
What a moron this guy is. That was awesome when you asked him if he took an Oath, and he had no idea how to answer. This gives a of insight as to why so many people think the judges at tracks are so clueless- this goes to show that they really ARE. Nice job!!!
This audio says it all. Good old boy network between racing officials and dirty owners. This is why nothing happens to change. The stench runs right to the top.Good work Mike.
The question should be how did he get the invoices? Somebody feed him the info that obviously wasn’t happy with the first wave going down. The guy has the dots connected can’t argue that. BBB3 has been identified and now anybody with that on their invoice is probably screwed.
Like I will ever tell.
Anyone that has a PACER account can access. Ironic name but a federal court case search.
Yet nobody has. You think PACER has the wiretaps??? And here you are still anonymous on Horseplop with all the answers after the fact. Incredible.
He's a Zubkoff what do you expect, scum!!!!
Yes, wiretap evidence can be found on PACER, the Public Access to Court Electronic Records system. However, access to wiretap materials might require a PACER account and associated fees. Specifically, for cases involving wiretaps, applications, affidavits, and orders are filed as "WT" (Wiretaps) case types, and many of these documents are available through PACER.
