I didn't create them. But who else has them? Each state commission. There's actually more for each track being looked at. Worse is corporations like MGM Resorts International are seeing all of this. AND, the media. Didn't take long to end Gillis, did it? No need for lengthy hearings anymore. Just executive votes, committee votes and POOF, you're gone.
