hes been abusing horses with his whip for years. there have been prior plop threads about him.
It is flabbergasting that he still has a drivers license

A bigger question is who are the trainers/owners that list him to drive their horse. Forget about the whipping issue, he just gets in the way in most races. Goes off at huge odds, most of the time non-competitive. He will eventually get a dream trip in a cheap, cheap class and win one.
