 if you are a  big time trainer. make tons of money. to have someone in the commision on your side that you pay for favors or help or info? or maybe slip the guy in the test barn a few hundred on a friday or saturday night.


maybe they make samples disappear?
maybe they alert said trainer of what they are testing for during particular periods.( they dont test for every single thing every time.)
MONEY GOES A LONG WAY. ESPECIALLY IN THE BIDEN DAYS.
