Who's got the JUICE ?

Can someone please name the top 5 juicers by state .   NJ, PA, OH, DE and IN.   Also, may I have a final list of the top 5 overall .

the entire Pocono backstretch is a haven for fugitives--much like Juarez, Mexico

trainers who tested positive , or suspended, and/or have beards all flock there because PA doesn't honor out of state infractions

it must be one huge party like cartel leaders in a restricted prison

Look at the top 10 trainers. 1 & 2 are the biggest crooks. I'm thinking that there is one or two who are not big juicers.
