Thanks.  Would you know of a few specific errors that may occur? Does it mean something like the horse was scheduled to race and then they reviewed it and the horse did not neet the conditions and it was not the trainers fault? Just wondering.

Kind of means exactly that...error by the race office - meaning the horse is ineligible to the race, or entered in the wrong claiming class than the trainer indicated, should have drawn outside in a handicap race but wasn't etc..
