Jurassic Hattie

Mid-range trotting class that’s an optional 20k claimer.  Watch her explode in the lane!  150.4 and last 1/8 was super impressive!  Where’d that mile come from?  Forgot to mention that’s after a 26.3 opening quarter.

Seriously, she was best last year by Allegaint by 3/4 in 52 in the Moni Maker plus win in 52 a few times and made 300,000 . 3 rd start of the year after 2 q’s. She has the past performance to get better a 4. What did you think she was going to mature a year and get slower.

She flattened out a bit in the second half of the year and really couldn’t keep up with Sugar Instead.  Nice horse who has a right to go forward but I’m not sure I’d be super excited about that drive from Brett - that’s an absurd mile from the 9 hole in April at Miami Valley going for $21k.  If you know she is that type just take a seat, let her trot home and hope you draw better next week.  Not the kind of mile that will save much come late summer

Hasn’t Sugar Instead made about 3/4 million and this filly had the misfortune to be the same age and finished 2nd to her many times. This has been a nice filly from the start.
