What judge approved the transfer from Kelsey Wagner to Luck Lilly Belle stables?
Transfer done directly through USTA....JOHN WAGNER transferred over 85 horses to his daughter KELSEY.....then 40 were transferred to different people from KELSEY......11 TO LUCKY LILLY BELL. ....all on the same day.....USTA DOESN'T REALLY CARE
Evidently the transfers were legal or they would not have been allowed.....
OMG.....legal my ass....USTA just wants the transfer money.....there's nothing legal about any of these transactions..... death of an industry....no one to police the corruption
Whats illegal about which transfer and why? Show me the ruling that makes any of these transfers illegal.......
It’s hidden ownership for someone suspended, doesn’t matter whose name it was transferred into. And yes, hidden ownership is a rule and illegal. Tough to prove sometimes, especially when they don’t want to catch it!

Not over n will probably never get a license again. He had somewhere around 9 positives in a course of a week or two. He's done. But they should make sure he has no hand in the pot and he shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a racetrack or barn.
