Does anyone know anything about a new training facility in New Philadelphia OH? Who owns it?

Ryan Smith. He is trying to build a top class training center in Ohio that is central to all tracks.

Vernon Beachy trains for Ryan. Ryan built the farm with a nice 5/8 mile track and a 40 stall barn. With plans to build 2 more barns if needed. The current barn and plans for new ones are designed to be horse friendly with lots of paddocks

Yes.....a friend told me Vernon was working at the farm and doing the hiring. Like I said, I don't know for sure. Only what I was told.
