He had friends in NY. USTA gave him a membership, NYS Gaming licensed him. NYS Gaming was very cooperative in the investigation, wonder why?  tmbz1

Adjourned till the 25th. Real story is they will bundle both cases if he accepts the deal being offered by the prosecutor which includes prison time. He's a coward, he doesn't have the balls to run and try to hide. I asked his attorney about the verdict Monday and his response was he respects the court's decision. He's actually a good guy. Does his job as a defense attorney.
