Actually, virtually everything attributed to Cote in the article was actually done by Petrelli! What has Cote done on his own. I really would like to know.
Bourgault was in to go two nights later at Tioga after I got the call and called Investigator Jan Goldin of Troop F here in Middletown. And nobody is recognizing the gentleman I know who came forward to pay for the horse to be exhumed, shipped and necropsy performed. NONE OF THIS would have been possible without him. Just read the article on Standardbred Canada,,why wasn't there resiprocity for his license...if you are suspended in Canada you should be suspended in US, and visa versa.
