He's due back in court this Friday to answer on the 8 new charges against him, 7 of which are felonies. The DA is seeking 3 1/2 to 7 years on the convictions from yesterday. The new charges are for him assaulting, abusing and stalking his ex which stemmed from the Finish Line trial. She finally turned him in last year. So he's fucked. And I'll repeat again, nobody from the industry showed up. I"m stunned the USTA even posted it to their website. If he runs, would that surprise anyone? He's a fucking coward who can only attack women and animals. But for the first time a horse that was destroyed and hidden came back from the grave "literally" to bite the fuck who killed him.
