Scotty Z is a very analytical driver.

Sometimes it works out, sometimes he looks lost.

I can't argue that !  His drives seem so inconsistent.

Zeron isn't gonna take unnecessary chances with some crippled 10 claimer that's 15-1.  He makes his money with stake horses and when the purse is 25K or more their is only one better.  Come talk at the end of the year after stakes season is over.

He drives condition horses like you should - very rarely sending one that shouldn’t be.  Getting checks and keeping them sound for next week.  I’ve always appreciated his willingness to get checks with mid to long priced horses in big races where others would overdrive.  He is also willing to teach a young horse early.  This does result in some 2nd or 3rd that could have been wins but the overall results put him in the top 5

One of my favorite drives in the last 10 years was the Monte Miki Metro.  Let that race come to him and his horse was brave in the lane.  By the end of the year he was front ending them in the Breeders Crown

Little and Otten strongly touting Rush in last night (heavy favorite until the caws bet) zeron/Toscano first off the layoff with an outside post. Just killing customers who listen to them. After all these years, those 2 still don't know they aren't trying in that spot?

right on pocket
those two just fill air time
if they actually bet their own money would be broke in no time
that trainer driver combo in that situation is a compete no bet , and if they do happen to win at 8/5 than god bless
also huge money dumped on remember the alamo  very late which really inflated the win price on miki ray who had decent current form and dexter for a decent price

If you bet on the information from those 2 idiots you're crazy and deserve to lose.  I think they are entertainment value only.  Sometimes I have to double check the program to make sure I'm on the right race with the selections they throw out.    ngc3

The people who listen/bet with them are new people to the track. They get instantly killed by presumed experts telling them zeron is a strong bet in that situation. Imagine watching that race not having much horse racing experience. Never coming back

A dangerous practice - never ever drive the horse in front of you - instead drive the horse that the grandstand goofs have in their imagination.

Scott has risen to the very top of the sport. They don't call him the "Money Man" for no reason. Off the top of my head, he's won the Little Brown Jug and the Jugette (on the same day), the trotting Triple Crown (on Marion Marauder), the US Pacing Championship (multiple times), the Cane Pace, the Metro, the Canadian Trotting Classic, the KY Futurity, at least a half-dozen Breeders Crowns, the North American Cup, and three Hambletonians. I think he's the second youngest driver to reach $100 million in earnings. He did much of this by the age of 30, and all of it by the age of 35.

Many people tend to be or become unobjective. You look at a specific incident, or three, and then you look for them, and that gets compounded when you lose a bet, and next thing you know, a driver is "too aggressive" or "indecisive" or "doesn't have any sense of pace" and so on.

Yeah, right, Scott should retire.  ngc3

It's time for him to RE
When Jack Parker (whoever that is) out drives him..that's all ya need to know.  It's why he went to Yonkers.  He's washed up but doesn't want to hang it up. He's done.
You could not be more wrong with this post, the Kid is a top five driver in the game and one of the best big money drivers out there. I would put him down in any situation that come down to a must win spot for my horse. I can also say that Ive seen first hand that the kid is ethically sound......the complete opposite of his dad........he beat all the odds and I have much respect for him as a driver and man.
Come with me to the "Darkside",its a matter of life or death!!

The kid has won EVERY major race their is to win and usually is not the betting public favorite.  Besides all the majors he's the only driver beside Tetrick to win 3 -1 million dollar races the same yr.  Dexter has never even won 1 Million dollar purse and Zeron has 7-8?  He's calculated, methodical and just plain smarter than every other driver out there bar none.  Dexter has raw talent and gets the horsepower.  Now, that being said I think if you give Dexter Zerons's 3 Hambo wins as mounts he likely gets one to the winners circle.  Zeron get's the most money for your horse that's humanly possible.  Always in the right position and if the horse is good they win.  Now if your dumb enough like other to listen to Otten and Chubby then god help you.  Those two coudn't hit the exacta in the three horse race.
