The tariffs on penguin islands are to stop the corrupt practices by China, who send product to a secondary location without tariffs and ship into America from there, avoiding tariffs.

I got this off the internet which describes in detail the CORPORATE bankruptcies Trump was involved in.
Like I stated a corporation has a board of directors that makes all decisions about the corporation by vote, majority vote wins.
In this context Trump could only hold one position on the board and thus one vote. He couldn't have done anything with his one vote, it would have taken a majority of the votes of that board of directors for that corporation to declare chapter 11 bankruptcy.

In addition, many of the properties and businesses with the name Trump on them are not owned by Trump.
A close friend of mine lives in a condominium building in NY with the name Trump on it. However, since it is a condo each apartment resident owns their apartment, Trump owns nothing nor has any stake in that building.
Trump erected a lot of buildings which he labeled with his name but then sold them to other interests or he erected buildings for other developers.

There's not going to be a 3rd term no matter what people might think. Changing the law would be almost impossible to do besides the fact he'd be in his 80's, but obviously Vance is the heavy favorite to win the nomination in 2028.
