Would Brett Beckwith be as good given the 'firepower' Dexter gets?

Dexter earned that power, it wasn't given to him. Come back in another 10 or 15 years and find out.

He was listed on one last weekend to qualify but obviously didn't drive.  Just seems odd bluechip and borgata  are starting up and no Dunn yet.

Aaron Rodgers hooked him up and he’s on a Ayahuasca Retreat.

He rarely drove in those 2 series in the past, so his absence is not a big deal. I'm sure if he had a live drive he'd be there.

He makes enough without being greedy. I'm sure if someone had a live horse for him, he'd be there, otherwise it's not worth his time.

My opinion this will lead to his downfall.  You must grind and work hard! I'm old school that way

I agree!  You can't voluntarily give up 'big money' drives today.  You might not get them back.

When he first came over here he had no idea he'd make this kind of money and with the people he's currently driving for it should continue for many more years. I don't know how much he was making in New Zealand or how often he drove but he's obviously satisfied with his current situation and maybe he doesn't want to get burned out.

these are big money races to begin the stakes season.

i don't know how many of these trainers also have sires stakes/grand circuit horses, but it doesn't hurt to be in good graces with as many individuals as possible.

Most of the horses in the series are Yonkers type horses with local trainers he doesn't drive for. I think he's more concerned with keeping the stables he drives for regularly happy.
