Pathologist at Cornell testified horses injuries non accidental.
Bourgaults ex gf testified he didn't care about the horse while he was down and choking on cross ties when she first walked in barn. He was more concerned with his foot. When asked by defense attorney why she lied when first interviewed and left all the new testimony out she said because she was being assaulted and manipulated by him. Yesterday morning before trial resumed the prosecution revealed he was indicted for three separate instances of domestic violence, assault and stalking.

Seeing that kid finally be able to speak safely yesterday and the smile she gave us was an amazing feeling. Now knowing it's the same judge presiding over the new charges I understand why they only said just enough and didn't get into details. He's DONE. And someone should forward all this to anyone else he harmed. I don't know those people.
