I would like to thank Mark and his help for not missing a single day all winter at the farm. You have a first class facility.. Your track was like a pool table all winter just beautiful. We also appreciate that you freeze dry your track and don't use any salt it can't be easy going out at 3 AM to keep the track ready for us to train in the morning.

Your enclosed indoor pool for the horses is second to none. Andrew you've done a great job with the grader every time it snows clearing the track making it beautiful!

We thank you as an owner/trainer for having a top flight training center!

Att Monticello: You might wanna send your track man down to the Mark Ford Training Center for some lessons.

Mark is a prominent figure in the sport and industry. He has been a trainer, who has operated a public stable, for the better part of 40 years. While he may be best known for training Gallo Blue Chip, who won the Meadowlands Pace and was HOTY, and at one time was the richest pacer of all time, his roster of good horses certainly doesn't end there. People often forget he also trained Shadow Play while the colt was in the US for Ian Moore. He's been President of the SBOANJ for what, almost 10 years now. Mark also purchased, and invested millions of dollars, into the training center that he owns and operates. Yes, everyone is aware of the environmental issues at the training center. Critics and hate-filled people can "spin" that situation any way they like, especially if it suits their hatred and argument, but in the end, he went through the process and he remediated and resolved all of the issues. Since then he has met and exceeded all requirements, standards, etc.

We are talking about a businessman, business owner, and someone who participated in and contributed to the sport and industry for the better part of 40 years. There may be some people who aren't a fan, don't like him, either as a trainer, training center owner, or as President of the SBOANJ. However, his record, reputation, accomplishments, stature and standing in the sport and industry, speak for itself. Now, look at the stature, standing, record, reputation, accomplishments, etc., of the person attacking him. Period.

I couldn’t have said it better! It’s refreshing to see a well educated person make a post like this. Mark has helped a lot of people out along the way. Most of the people that criticize Mark are just jealous and envious we all know that

Do you get a discount for running this free ad for the training center ?
I’ve been around enough to know a good farm when I see one.  The only way you’ll get a stall here is if somebody moves a horse out there’s a reason for that.
