DEBECK, RODNEY L OAKGR on 6/19/2024 POSITIVE TEST- POST RACE NICHOLASVILLE, KY FINED: $500 YOB 1972 FULL - 15 DAYS, 3/7/2025 THRU 3/21/2025 HORSE DISQUALIFIED - PLACED 7, PURSE REDISTRIBUTION 810 KAR 1:008 Section 3, subsection (4) and 810 KAR 1:018 Section 15, subsections (2) and (3) 810 KAR 1:012 Section 10, subsection (3) Upon notification from Industrial Laboratories and confirmed by the Analytical Forensic Testing Laboratory (AFTL), Sample ID: E707437 taken from "PRITI NOOR" who finished first in race five at the Western Kentucky State Fair @ Oak Grove on June 19th, 2024 contained 7-Carboxycannabidiol.

Thats the first CBD positive that I've seen.
CBD is suggested to help chronic pain, inflammation...
I wonder why its a banned substance.
Pretty creative, but how much do you have to give the horse?

I've seen a few suspensions for this related to T-breds.
Don't delay, Coggins today!

  • Calhoun: Thx I'm leaning to the 5 there.  Those CD/GP full field races look the best on the page. 1/2 length from being a G3 winner.
