Did it I just read that correctly? Horse finished 4th at ballys Dover and was tested ? Something not right here. I have been in DE for 20+ years and have never heard of a horse tested for 4th place finish. Than Mike hall getting positives on anb fanbunica ? I can’t believe he is that stupid. Lot of crazy things happening in DE

If they ever decided to really do some investigating, they wouldn't be able to fill the box with all the beard trainers and owners!

It's called a "Special pull" They must have had reason probably because he's not big stable and must have been getting cloudy test back, They won't dare to do it to a top Delaware trainer. Afraid to find out what they don't want to know!

they should be doing out of competition testing

travelling from farm to farm testing everyone

as you say they might have serious issues filling the entry box

It's called a "Special pull" They must have had reason probably because he's not big stable and must have been getting cloudy test back, it happens to the small guy and out of staters! They won't dare to do it to a top Delaware trainer. Afraid to find out what they don't want to know!

100% correct!  They already knew or they wouldn’t have tested him!  tmbz1

Delaware training centers are not DHRC sanctioned so they're not allowed to step on without permission. "And who's going to pay for that?" Is what their response will be!

Rumor has it Harrington is going to welcome Tonys Fubinaca boys with open arms once their days are up. One can only assume Jim is on the payroll.

Mike hall is way to rich and smart to use the Fubinaca that was clearly a planned out mob style hit. As for Chris something doesn’t look right there either. Ace really as the go to ship in barn hit now it seems they are trying something different

I think in Canada, they test the winner and one other competitor regardless of finish.  (random)

Most places they do the winner and a random. Usually 2nd unless judges think one over or under performs
