All the owners out there better be careful if they're letting him drive/haul their horses/rigs. He doesn't have a drivers license and he usually drives drunk or high. At least 3 or 4 people have "paid" his supposed fines to get his license back but he still never went and got it back. So if he wrecks your rig, you're screwed. I think he still owes multiple people in PA for wrecks or repair bills. At least one truck and trailer and there was a rumor going around that he drove a borrowed truck til it broke down and another one needed lots of repairs. He drives everything like it's not his problem.
