Nice drive Nick Clegg
« on: February 26, 2025, 11:51:05 PM »
I didn't have him, but if I did, I would quit betting for being so stupid. Watch the 15th race at Northfield on Wednesday. Clegg gets the lead and would win easily on the 4. Around the final turn with no one on the outside of him, he goes inside one pylon, is a good three feet inside the second and inside a third before winning the race, barely lapped on by the second-place finisher. Does every driver there drink?

as i have stated before, if you really want to "stiff" a horse and not really get suspended, fined etc
just go inside a few pylons, say you couldn't steer the horse
of course it could just be a bad driver

It's why harness racing is the most corrupt sport.  so many things a driver can do to stiff a race.

If I see him listed in a race I just stay clear of that race... no hands and looks like he can't read a program also.
