I had my trotter there for a few months with a clean trainer.  He made decent money up there, but with all the inbred relatives driving and training, and the crawling 2nd quarters, I brought him to the Meadowlands so he can at least race in competitive races.

I was told from a friend that they started getting the track ready for Buffalo Raceway opening today. Right now, the track surface is one big mud pit!  Hopefully others can get more information on this as the week goes on!

We all know it's not easy being a 'trackman', especially in the winter months.  However, the horsemen must have some "common sense" when the conditions are that bad!

What did it accomplish for the Northfield horsemen racing over a track rated "FROZEN"?

You thought Batavia was 'BAD' last week, just wait until you see Buffalo Raceway next week!  FYI, Buffalo already has the worst racing surface in harness racing today!
