Yonkers without Bartlett
« on: February 11, 2025, 08:34:49 PM »
The racing with Bartlett on the bench has been much better to watch. He bullies those guys so bad they should be embarrassed! This isn’t a knock on Jason, but the payouts and racing are better over the last 7 days

Please explain how the races are better. Nobody pulls until the 5/8ths and I don’t see anything different.

Everything about the racing right now gives more of a chance to long shots. Just look at the results and payouts over the last 7 days compared to previous 7.

Last night, there was one pace meltdown which took place in the first race when Ron Cushing was parked out with a big favorite. After that, seven out of ten races were won by the favorite on the front end.

It makes zero difference if Bartlett is there or not. Never any movement in the middle half of the races.

It looks like one of the other regulars parked Cushing instead of Bartlett. The regulars protected their own interests and their checkbooks!

Harness racing has a bad enough reputation to have guys like that

Should do away with 1/2 mile tracks. The racing is horrible at ALL of them
