Poor Ceba

Ceba Horsey won the 6th race tonight at Dover on a 73-1 shot only to be DQ'd for going inside the 1st pylon at the top of the stretch.

I've seen others go inside that pylon (last one before passing lane) all meet long and no DQ. If they're going to make that a call, then they need to be consistent with it! It wasn't in the turn, so he gained no advantage in my opinion. Just gave him a lil head start for entering the passing lane,

Well technically if it gave him a head start for passing lane it was an advantage.  And when did you start defending Ceba?   ngc3

Not defending him because he's a train wreck and animal abuser. What I said that if the judges are going to make that call then be consistent with it. He did go inside the last pylon but every night drivers go inside the pylons, and I don't recall them coming down often. I like the call, but it's got to go for everyone in a tight finish.

I watched the race live on TV but didn't watch the replay where they showed the judges view of the DQ. You would have needed a head-on shot to see exactly what happened.

Without the head on shot to confirm, it doesn't look like he went inside any pylons.
