I support the Trump administration, but I sometimes wonder who rights his speeches when he mentions a group like those with severe intellectual and psychiatric disabilities, but I agree completely with the following  ...

Totally agree  ....   Diversity has nothing to do with ensuring safe and efficient travel.  Exceptional, well trained employees deliver safe and efficient travel.

Jupiter, I'm thinking the DEI stuff was taken to a whole new level of rediculous in the last 4 years.  Like most things, moderation is a key, but for sure the Democrats diverged to an absolute extreme position of 100% diversity over all else, including merit and capability.

I guess you should get real and read my post again.   Nowhere in it did I blame DEI for anything.
I simply expressed an opinion that putting emphasis on DEI over merit is a poor way to improve anything.

The DEI explanation is plain stupid. There is a major shortage of Air Traffic Controllers. Anyone could get one of these jobs if they applied and past the requirements. Nobody wants the stress and Trump blaming ATC’s without the facts is frankly stupid. The insensitivity of a attacking his political adversaries during a press conference and not focusing exclusively on the victims points out his incredible lack of empathy.
