Whataboutism without proof.  Trump the President of Tech Oligarchs all showering with him money for favors.  He was against Chinese govenment owned spyware Tik Tok but Byte Dance gave him millions so now he is for that.  Executive order to help Chinese spywear app to stick around or sell to one of his tech friends.  Clear as day.
