erv is a good man very good trainer

all this stuff is not appreciated nor is it funny ,

im sure  there was a mistake some how. with this testing  yonkers has a reputaion to pick on certain people and a blind eye to others....

by the way  ,,ive not had a horse with  erv for about 15 months now

Here is the thing, just like Burke and many others his suspension is during the dead of winter. If tracks or states truly wanted to punish the drug trainers, the suspension would be given for the stakes season in the summer or fall, with no beards.. but we all know that will never happen. Until changes like that are done, nothing will change.
