They are all like that.  Not one of them would ever turn down a drive no matter what.  You either drive for them or you’ll have to drive against them.  And you don’t make much money that way!  Weirdo Allard getting some “live” ones lately from Loney.  Just hope there aren’t any kids around.

A_A_ron has always owened horses here or there. standardbreds(some he is listed/some he is not)  and thoroughbreds. also has racing pigeons.  he really loves to gamble.
Binky is a standup guy. family man, man of great character.

At NFLD everything runs through one man.  He calls the shots and makes the arrangements as well as passes out the envelopes.

i think its funny people believe that. im not saying binky doesnt do people favors. write races for some if needed. maybe go to bat for a guy if he needs it. as far as money getting passed around those days are long gone. those days were gone when plano left decades ago.
 if a race pays bad you better believe the racing comssion will be knocking on your tack room door. i know from experience.
      why would these guys risk a 300-500k dollar a yr career for a few hundred bucks a night? make it make sense. now im not saying they dont bet a lil or tell their guys hey i like this horse tonight he was really good last week and could have won.
but it is far from a huge operation. ask jimmy p and corky jones,david ward,and randy tharps how that went for them.

FYI, people in life have risked a good career for both less money and more money, your point is??

so bianconi calls everyon into the race office. says A-A ron you need to win race @ 3-5.  ronnie you duck sit last and never pull. kurt you need to be second. so everyone stay out of kurts way. elliott and billy davis you can be 3rd or 4th doesnt matter which way. ready break

is that how it goes? or do they do a zoom call now a days.
like i said im not saying he wont do favors opening up races for certain people. he always has. maybe he owns a few with billy or some others behind the scenes. he basically runs that place and has since aldrich left him the keys. it really isnt a bad place to race. they go fast but if you put your work in and take care of business you can make lots of money.
