At 2/5 in the 2nd Hambo Elimination for 2018 with Six Pack.  One of the all-time botched drives from beginning to end.  Only needed to finish in the top 5 to go on.

He starts every year with over 100 horses (almost all trotters). He is a great trainer and has them ready, even with layoffs, but the horses end up suffering for it. So many of his horses have fewer starts than most, and then they disappear.  Very very few do well with one that he sells in a sale. I'll assume they end up back in Sweden, and the few that have become sires have not proven much.

  • Calhoun: Thx I'm leaning to the 5 there.  Those CD/GP full field races look the best on the page. 1/2 length from being a G3 winner.
