All of Hunter Oakes horses that was previously Travis Alexander horses were scratched tonite
Is it possible the Yonkers Presiding Judge and the NYS Racing and Gaming Commission finally figured it out

They knew all along.  Maybe finally people making complaints made them cave this time.   tmbz1

They all list the reason for the scratching as (JG IGB) which means, "judges, ineligible", which would normally mean the horse didn't fit the conditions for the race, but in this case, it's probably not the reason.

Ineligible has such a broad range of possibilities.  Leaves it up to everyone's imagination as to why.  But we all know.   tmbz1

Perhaps use enough common sense not to have your wife lead the horses out to post parade and go in the winners circle after the race.  Also not race in the same color harnesses you use.  The Yonkers judges/Faraldo knew all along, so it has to be NY racing commisission.
