everyone has their own opinion nd that is fair
i do not know the man and will not comment on him
however do not think the funtime bayama saga is over
i have no idea how much involvement the filions had in his training/suspension
but there is a connection there
weg/standardbred canada etc needs to show action, moreau obviously
they just elected sylvan filion to the hall of fame, do you think that within a year they wanted to suspend him if warranted
if they found cause/involvement they might have suggested he go away for a while
i am sure filion has wanted to go back to quebec, the funtime bayama circumstances might have moved that time up a little
who knows

Yeah with this sentence handed out, pretty interesting timing on "stepping away."

For what it’s worth, there were rumors in early 2024 months before all this went down that it would be his last year driving.

AGCO  is as corrupt as any other government agency.
They wait until Sylvain retires to ban him lmfao.
Absolutely no punishment for Fillion as he is no longer in the business.
But hey, let's make it look like we ruined 2 people's lives, when really, we are just punishing Moreau.

At the very least, claw back all his driving income from the date of the positive.
Nobody's life is in ruin -  Moreau' s farm is now a training center

This has been brewing for a while. When that guy John Holmes reached out to me for help over the assault and I started digging it was clear Mr. Moreau was already navigating other issues. AGCO was already on him and then I added his latest litigation. They had no jurisdiction over that. However after multiple threats to his former buddy out of nowhere his attorney reached out and offered a settlement where Mr. Holmes would be financially compensated and held silent on the matter. My opinion? They're all fucked in the heads. This was his response to the initial complaint after I did a Livestream on his actions after a Christmas party.

I believe when you bring up John Holmes that you are legally compelled to say "Joh Holmes, known PEDOPHILE".

What I think and what the court say aren't always the same. This is what's been going on. Moreau's empire was collapsing long ago. He lost all his friends on the inside.

This case should now be referred to the RCMP for criminal prosecution for injecting injurious drugs to an animal which is felony animal abuse.

Leverage Filion and Moreau with possible jail time and they will sing like canaries about other users.

RCMP does not have jurisdiction in Ontario, they do in the Western Canada provinces. Ontario has their own Ontario Provincial Police , which actually has OPP officers employed by AGCO ( the Ontario commission) . The AGCO seems very complacent to put on a smoke and mirrors show and Moreau and Yves Filion fell out of favor quickly so we're no longer protected by the higher ups. I don't know how Sylvain came to take the blame but obviously he was involved.  Brad Grant one of the biggest owners there is was Moreau's main client , he had been Moreaus Teflon.
The doc Moores, coleman(beaton) , Roy and his gang are all still protected , the list is long but this will be all you see of it, it's all that's allowed.
