Tough question if it's all time or current.  I'd have to say Alexander has to be near the top.   But there are many others flying under the radar.  Clearly training at almost .500 UTRS with 118 starts.  That isn't realistic.  Just my opinion.  Take a look at top performers stats and form your own opinion.  Lots of guys out there that came from nowhere and are super trainers now.

There are 2 tied for first.. The Bongiorno crime family and Burke.. Burke serves his suspensions every January or February.. but I'm sure the samples were contaminated lol..

Many horsemen say this too!  If the purse money wasn't so good, they wouldn't race there.  Same thing for 40+ years!
