I have been told there is a rule up there that has been in place forever: NO liniments or leg paints allowed in the paddock.

In Race 10, #1 Civilian Drone was a Judges scratch in accordance with AGCO Rule
6.53(a) while in the paddock.

First off it wasn't groom it was Nancy herself with a thick rubber glove.  My guess is it had more than blue lotion in it.  She knows the rules and they are very very clear in Canada - No liniments in the paddock.  Why would you scream and yell when you damn sure know the rule?

I would hope so too.  Probably blue lotion DMSO / cortisone / and what ever else yimmy thought he could get away with.  Many people forget yimmy was caught with loaded syringes years ago but because john fielding was on the board of weg he got off!

If i remember right it was in the detention barn. Should have used yogurt.
