I was about to start a new thread on this. This is how I see things. TJ Lord and Jason Bowers switch trainers but still paddocking their own in MD. John Wagner is said to have switched 30+ horses in his daughter’s name as owner. In DE a new commission guy has apparently taken over but has to clean up the mess that mark davis has left. We shall see how it plays out but something has to be done

Ain’t that the truth.  Or the Miller's or any of Jeffie’s trainers.  It’s environmental contamination at that point!

I can see a trainer getting a minor positive on banamine or methocarbamol minor stuff but if it’s a repeat offender shut their barn down for a month or 2 .. Burke gets a positive his brother goes down as trainer and never misses a beat.

The whole positive thing has been one big embarrassment for the Delaware Racing Commission!

But that's the norm when shit gets out of hand in Delaware!

It's been over 4 months and still no statement from them on the matter. Nothing like transparency to keep the horsemen up to date!
