You would have to be brain dead to buy off of Erv Miller unless you had reliable inside information.  He defrauded me by posting year old leg pictures of a horse he posted on On Gait.  My purchase will need a full year off before he has a shot of coming back.  I don't blame On Gait but if I was a sale company I would refuse ERVs entries to protect my clients and reputation.

Erv has on for sale Sunday on On Gait.  I would not bid on one of his horses unless I had inspected and vetted the animal.   There are many honest horsemen and I would not put Erv in that bracket.   A word to the wise!!!!

I thought it was illegal to be a blind owner...maybe you should call the racing commission and let them know the facts as it would be interesting to see what happens but either you are lying or not willing to do the right thing..which is it

You think ongait cares?  ngc3 ngc3 That's the biggest fraud site on the web.  Anyone spending big money on that site has zero brains because you are overpaying and getting run up as it's inside job!

Erv sounds like an upstanding guy.  The dunkards sometimes get corrupted once out among the English.

You would have to be brain dead to buy anything off individual over the internet without looking at if first.

11/10/2013-Julie Miller
11/17/2013-Julie Miller (all 2013 with ownership of Andy Miller Stable Inc., Paymaq Racing, Hannah Miller)

5/11/2014 (first race of 2014) Casie Coleman (with ownership of SSG Stables and that is the way it stayed through all of 2014 and 2015)

In 2016 same ownership but listed trainer is Steve Elliott (short season)]

2/12/2017-Pompano-Jim McDonald listed trainer (same ownership)
3/11/2017-Yonkers-Steve Elliott
4/22/2017-Steve Elliott still trainer, but owner now: Edward D. James, ON, CA
6/3/2017-Switches to SSG owner and Casie Coleman as trainer
6/24/2017-back to Edward D. James as owner??
7/82017-back to SSG
8/11/2017-back to Edward D. James ??
8/26/2017-back to SSG  (looks like when they raced in the U.S. it was registered to James for ownership and when they raced in Canada it was SSG)
11/25/2017-raced at Meadowlands and used SSG (first time in states for quite a while)
Stayed that way through end of 2019 season.

This is what the ownership read on the official programs!!!
