Kevin Lare another positive, when is enough, enough? I can't count how many he has had. When do they say enough! When will the DHRC get their heads out of their asses and bar this character!

It’s Delaware, business as usual. There will certainly be a new beard soon.

DHRC has been letting this Yo Yo go on and on for years. Using beard after beards and they know it and yes business as usual! What's his pull? Gotta have something or he wouldn't get lifeline after lifeline like this guy! You got drivers blatantly stiffing and trainers juicing right up the judge's asses! And they don't see nothing "nefarious" OMG! Mitigating circumstances, Well explain what that was!

Disgraceful!

Wasn't he hooked up with Frank Chick? Maybe that is why he has nine lives.

All correct!  Lare should be out of lives!  They do seem to worry more about a groom having weed in his system than a horse with shit in its system.  Complete joke!

Anyone who would buy one in a online auction off Chick and Lare would have to hate money.

Back in the 1990s and early 2000s I knew so many people that owned harness horses. But as drugs such as EPO began destroying the horses it also destroyed any desire to be part of these crimes. In today’s environment I would never own a harness horse and either do so many ex-fans.

Filly dropped about 5 classes and went to a guy batting .340.  Mare missed about 4 weeks and they sold with a vet scratch prior time entered. I have done well as a owner avoding certain people.  Good luck.

You are correct sir! Frank buys'em cheap and Lare juices them off the board. Like two car salesmen, putting fix a flat in the tires to send it of the lot.
Life is more like a bowel clogged full of cherry pits.
