Buffalo Raceway Goes to A-B-C-D Classification
« on: May 05, 2024, 12:57:51 PM »
Can anyone explain why Buffalo Raceway went to a A-B-C-D classification. The NW of Money last 4 was a good system.

Letter classification was always better and is based on ABILITY and not money won over a period of weeks.

ABC is superior classification system to money earnings. I have seen horses in the N/W $ races finish 5th, beaten by countless lengths and have to move UP in class. A complete joke.

The new ABC system in conjunction with the N-W gives the race secretary the ability to put any horse in any race. Be careful how much power you give the race secretary!

That whole Buffalo raceway is a complete circus. From the management, track maintenance crew( who are useless and have no idea to properly maintain a track) to the cheating trainers who get multiple positives meet after meet and management welcomes them back with open arms, ridiculous. Paige usiak gives her race picks, she owns a horse or to . Her trainer is James clouser jr, who is no stranger to positives. How in the world can she give race picks when her horse is in the race or her boyfriend has his trained horses in the race, you know damn well she knows if his horse is live , lame, or heavily juiced. Huge conflict of interest. Honest trainers have little chance at winning.

this is exactly whu harness racing will never amount to anything on the national level. it wont be on nbc on jug day. just a real crooked  industry. if you cant do what these dopers do you may as well not be in the business. let  arm and hammer ronnie race against himself every race. i think its funny to hear him talk and try to make people believe what he is saying.  he isnt even a good liar. maybe weaver can talk better. put him behind a mic.

Doesn't matter what system they use, drivers will continue to hold horses so they can drop in class.

If the race secretary lets them drop in class.
