Petrelli will not see any jail time and will be thrown out, but a possibility that someone will go to jail over this issue. Petrelli smarter than some give credit, he kept all messages as evidence. Someone is really going to regret starting this mess as it is going to bite him/her in the ass. If I were a certain individual I’d be very concerned. To late to stop now. A lot of digging has and is being done and doesn’t look. You never want the Feds to know your name when you are not playing by the rules of the law. 😉

 I'm not you clowns who have to hide. All I can say if they are foolish enough to take this to a trial I can't wait. This isn't a game. No shot of anyone going to jail. Best is community service or close down the 501.c.3 and open up a new one. Its a mere bag of shells. I know people who have 5-10 501.c.3's and when the heat comes to one of them, they dissolve it and switch right over to one of the others ones. Its easy as 1-2-3. I don't think scm knows that its what most of these shady 501.c.3 places do. As soon as something goes wrong, they just jump on to one of their other ones.
