Compare Belchers record to Burke’s record and Burke has 15 times more serious violations then Bob. So Bob should have gotten his license back years ago.

Josh made that operation run on Chitteden road back in the day.  He worked hard for Bob.  Bob was just the doper. Horses still need worked, shipped, and cared for.

If I remember correctly  he once flew a plain with a banner over the race track that said no luck for the Irish. 0-57. That was a classic.
Referring to the shamrock stable.

And then the shamrock stable went on a rampage. Grismore was on fire with those things, it may have been one of the best hot streaks I have ever seen. They were so tq'ed or in some sort of hypnotic state they just floated around the track. And then one day mulrooney just disappeared. There was some article in the plain dealer about him and Aldrich coming to some sort of agreement or something like that.

Burke also has a ton more horses. Not sure the ratio would be in Belcher's favor.

They said it can't be done. Well Pennsylvania said it can. Bob Belcher is back.
Status as of 3/18/2024 - Subsequent Ruling - Ruling# 24002C ORDER AND NOW, this
27th day of February 2024, Ruling No. 22016C issued by the Bureau of Standardbred
Horse Racing denying an Owner/Trainer's license to Robert Belcher is hereby
REVERSED. HOWEVER, in accordance with 9323 (e)(2) of the Racing Act, the
Commission hereby grants Robert Belcher a one-year conditional trainer's license
upon the terms and conditions to be set by the Bureau.

This guy will show Burke's how its done!

So with that logic, the more horses you have then more positive s your allowed.
Go look up Bobs violations from mid 90’s to early 2000’s , he had 50 plus horses a year and maybe 4 positives

So the shamrock stable and Mulrooney did go on a tear.
Do you know why or how that happened?  Who was training those horses? Who was the vet?  They got help after being embarrassed. That's the only reason.

Shamrock had to beg to get the vet to help him. And the vet would of never helped the shamrocks out with out the approval of a select few people. It was an offer the vet couldn't refuse.

Unfortunately the Senator is gone from here or he could have given you all the warts of choice you wished for.  ngc3 Herpes too!

I did not say that anyone should be allowed any more positives than another. I am saying from a ratio standpoint, # of horses trained to # of positives, I would have thought Belcher was worse off than Burke. I looked at his violations and not counting possession of prescribed meds and syringes/needles, I counted 9. However I do not recall the number of horses he was training in the 90s/early 2000s.
