You have to be a huge a-hole if you think Trump, or Biden, lowered the national debt. Trump has proven his entire business life how poor he is managing his company’s finances. Bankrupt is his middle name. Biden is another one who hasn’t met a credit card he isn’t in love with. Neither of these guys have any limits as to how much debt they have caused us.
