Lie detector tests should be used. The machines are much more advanced now. I read somewhere that they are now 98% accurate. That is good enough for me.

  I only like Meadows, Harrahs Philly, HOP, MiamyVly.and Hawthorne. All the other tracks can close as far as Im concerned.

In Ohio alone 4 PM tracks operating. Kentucky 3 and eventually a 4th, Pennsylvania 3 and NY 6 etc. seems like a lot of concentrated tracks in a handful of states.
