It takes money to have more border guards, and judges to process these people properly. Takes Congress to give him the money. Republican obstructions wouldnt pass it.
And now there s a bill to address the migrant issue that the Speaker has said that it was "dead on arrival". If its such a crisis, why not allow something to be done? It would take away the biggest campaign issue.

And you think the 40-50 million Independents that are going to vote do not understand issues like this. Trump too stupid to realize when he makes moves like this, the highly intelligent Independents reaffirm that they will NEVER vote for Trump, no matter how deranged Biden becomes. Does it really matter at this point if Trump or Biden are assholes and keep changing their positions on the southern boarder?
